A warm welcome to the Office of International Student and Scholar Services (OISS), "where Rutgers Newark welcomes the world." We provide advice and assistance on every aspect of your adjustment to life at Rutgers University - cultural, academic, personal and immigration. We organize International Student Orientation when you arrive and on-going workshops and programs on issues of particular interest to international students and faculty. Our objective is to assist the international community to transition smoothly to U.S. academic and social life at Rutgers Newark.
The Office of International
